Our shoot could not have gone any smoother! Site reps were very attentive and did everything they could to help out. Location is beautiful and has great details, including furniture and decor. There was plenty of space for truck parking and the neighborhood was easy to work with.

Laura was a wonderful host. We only shot in the kitchen but it was beautiful. The layout of the home was quite convenient and she let us use the garage and other rooms around the kitchen for staging gear and for craft service. Parking is good if you have a crew up to around 10 people but if you are much larger there are some possible parking constraints to consider in the neighborhood. Other than that we really enjoyed our shoot there (as well hanging out with their sweet dog Gizmo).

Sarah's space was perfect for our small e-commerce video shoot! She was very accommodating to our needs throughout the entire process and there were plenty of options on location that made our production go smoothly. Would highly recommend this space!

Highly recommended!! Like the listing title says, this was a STUNNING modern home. We had such a great time working within this home for our video shoot. Some of the highlights for me personally were that this space looked exactly like the photos! Along with having plenty of space for the models to hang outside and for our crew to move around (we had probably 16 people on set). The owners were very kind and easy to work with. Giving us freedom to use the space how we needed. Thank you!

Ok. One of the best spots I've ever been. Got AC, the location is naturally super well lit.. He has electric cords and lights if you need it, refrigerators a prepping area that is separate from the main area, a hallway, a nice little painted section with a space theme... Our shoot went extremely well and the location itself was one of the main reasons why. Also very affordable. Jonathan's also super ez going.

How to Plan a Video Shoot in Greenville

Whether you're filming a movie, doing photography outdoors, or you're an event videographer for a wedding, a bit of planning beforehand will help you and your team complete a successful creative project.

Look for Essential Gear – Some production spaces will give you the features or equipment you require, so check for paper backdrops, lighting equipment, and more. Lots of natural light is always a winner and will prevent you from having to source additional lighting.

How to Save Money on Your Video Shoot in Greenville

Video shoot costs can vary quite a bit, but there are ways to reduce your expenses. Here are healthy money habits to think about when planning your video content.

Shoot during off-peak hours.

It can save you some money during production to shoot your content during off-peak hours, such as early mornings or weekdays. There'll be fewer crowds and traffic, so you'll also nip hidden fees like gas or transportation costs in the bud.

Feed your crew in affordable ways.

Avoid hungry crew members during those long shooting sessions by feeding everyone on site. This doesn't have to cost a lot of money, so skip those fancy restaurant dinners and choose supermarket sandwich platters or food trucks instead.

Turn your production into a social event.

Make the most of Greenville's warm and close-knit community by inviting local creators or small business owners to sponsor different elements of your production, like props or wardrobe items, in exchange for mentions or cameos. This is a great way to build strong connections for future projects.

Use lighting smartly.

You can use the natural light of the day to your advantage. Create video content during the morning or "golden hour" (this happens just before sunrise and shortly after sunset) so that you have flattering light without requiring additional gear or locations.
