About the Space
Hello fellow creatives :) Our place is sort of an artistic ,vintage eclectic style ,8.5 foot ceilings located minutes from Weston Go Station. The living room and full kitchen area is all open with lots of natural light and large windows facing North East. The balcony is 228 square feet. Bedroom also has natural light with an open closet space and a queen mattress. Studio Guidelines โ Please Read Before Your Visit You're creating in a lived-in, curated home โ please treat the space with care and respect. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged, and many items are vintage, delicate, or one-of-a-kind. Handle with care: Do not open drawers or go through personal items. Please avoid touching fragile decor unless necessary. Leave shoes at the door to keep the space clean. Please do not move furniture or props unless we've discussed it beforehand. If you need help adjusting something, just ask โ we're happy to assist. Turn off all lights when not in use to help conserve energy. Stick to your scheduled time. Unless otherwise arranged, going overtime will be charged at time and a half, in 15-minute increments (e.g., 1โ14 minutes over = 15 minutes billed at 1.5x rate). Planning to use the bathtub? Please let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. Dry wet surfaces immediately. Towels, rags, and paper towels are provided (located near the fridge). Candles: If you light one, please monitor it at all times. Never leave it unattended. Must check out at agreed upon booked time . Dee is a fabulous host. Her space is accommodating and cozy. Very well decorated and organized, with the greatest view from her balcony.
