WE DO NOT PRE-MOUNT SEAMLESS BACKDROPS FOR YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. DO NOT UNMOUNT BACKDROPS FROM MOTORIZED BACKDROP HOLDER. YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Please make sure to put the seamless rolls back or you will be charged a "Studio Reset Fee". If you need a seamless pull (pulling the paper all the way to the ground where you step on paper) you can purchase the "Backdrop Pull" add-on for $20 per color/pull. Purchase one (x1) “Backdrop Pull” add-on for every 5ft of backdrop that you will pull to the floor. Tape is setup on the floor every 5ft. Please see seamless backdrop listing picture for details about color availability. TEXTURED BACKDROP STATION You can use all the textured backdrop colors that are currently out for FREE. WHITE CYCLORAMA WALL Shoe Covers are provided and must be worn on the Cyc Wall by all guests EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING. Guests who need a fresh white coat of paint on the Cyc Wall floor must purchase the “Fresh Cyclorama Wall Paint” add-on. The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash. There are several truck loading bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 15ft freight elevator which is operated by an attendant. Freight Elevator Hours M-F: 8AM-6PM Sat: 8AM-1PM Sun: N/A This is the only elevator in the building Might not operate on some holidays Guest Concierge Support Hours: M-F: 9AM-6PM Sat-Sun: 9AM-4PM Please note that we require 72-hour notice in order to ensure availability of add-on purchases. The space is huge for the hourly rate compared to alot of other studios I've been to. They've also got a nice white backdrop setup and a red one so that you could easily use those and not even worry about pulling own the colored backdrops. The building can be a little confusing to navigate so I would recommend watching their videos beforehand and giving yourself extra time to find the spot.

A very great and convenient space. Clean bright and great amount of equipment to use including backdrops. Easily accessible. My only critique would be I wish they provided extension cords because shooting in front of the backdrops a lot of the lighting cords barely reached. Also some of the equipment listed was broken and one the lights shut off in the middle of the shoot and ceiling lights wouldn't stop changing colors so I had to just turn it off but it would have been nice to have that overhead light as I was on the dark side of the room... easy fixes though. I would absolutely rent this space again.

the shoot went good but i was a little confuse about the blue shoe cover for the talents. you should write that info bigger or add a size not for talent! also if i find you more customers do you have a rewards program like $50 each rental? please sent me a code to use. I will promote you in the magazine publish cation nationwide Jim.

Easy to find the location. Plenty of space. Much bigger than it looks. Very helpful they included light. They have a light fixture on the ceiling I wish we could’ve used but just didn’t fit our shoot.

A very nice studio and close to the restrooms. There was (paid) parking in the back which was also convenient and a ramp leading up to the freight elevator which made loading and unloading convenient.

The space was perfect for the 5 people we had on set. The mirror in the photo threw me off as I thought it kept going around the corner, but wouldn't have been necessary. It's tough to park early and a trip to get upstairs, but once we did it was great! The the lights weren't charged so we had to get lights from another of their spaces, but they offered to give us a bigger space to shoot. We didn't use cause we were already set up, but it was a nice geasture considering the room wasn't fully ready. The studio was rented out the second we finished, so there was no one to check the room between bookings.

Very nice space with a lot of variety. However, the additional $150 dollars to keep the elevator running for 3 hrs. was a bit steep. But recommend and will book again.
