About the Space

This is a first floor apartment of our grand home on 5.9 acres on Clouter Creek less than a mile from Daniel Island Marina.The apartment is locked off from the rest of the home and contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchenette with full size 36” fridge, hot plate, convection oven and coffee maker. The kitchenette is open to the living room with small table and desk. The apartment itself could fit about 15 people maximum some standing some seated with ample space outdoors on covered porches as well. The pool is an above ground swim spa. There is also a fire pit. Whether you are looking to celebrate a birthday party or film a commercial this is a great affordable option in a beautiful location. Please note: close proximity to 526, you will hear the highway outside but not inside the home.
