This one-of-a-kind New York-style loft in the Junction offers the perfect blend of vintage character, industrial design, and creative flexibility. Housed in a converted factory building, the space preserves its architectural soul—soaring 20-foot ceilings, exposed red brick walls, authentic iron beams, and parquet wood floors set the tone for cinematic backdrops, editorial photoshoots, cooking shows, or lifestyle content. Styled with retro accents, vintage hotel signage, neon lights, and a massive retractable chandelier, the loft gives productions bold visual texture while still remaining fully customizable for your scene or brand. Upon entering the space, you will step into a cozy nook that immediately sets the tone with a vintage yellow sofa tucked under the staircase—a great spot for portrait shots or talent waiting areas. On the left is a three-piece private washroom with a vintage vibe, complete with off-white ceramics, gray walls, and a tub/shower combo, ideal for breaks or even bathroom scenes. From the foyer, you enter a bright, open-concept main space. North-facing windows fill the room with soft, natural light throughout the day—perfect for photo or video shoots. The room features a dramatic antique chandelier, warm parquet flooring, and a mix of bold red brick and plain white walls, giving you multiple backdrop options in one location. A clear glass swing and decorative water feature add an unexpected, whimsical element that makes this loft truly stand out on camera. There is a vintage electric fireplace available as well Adjacent to the foyer, beneath the lofted mezzanine, is a fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with an industrial stainless steel stove, microwave, freezer, large fridge, and sink, this space is ideal for shooting cooking videos or prepping meals for cast and crew. The kitchen has a white moveable countertop that can be rolled out and moved around in the space - depending on how you want to set up your shoot. We’re super flexible - let us know what kind of set up you need! Up the stairs, you'll find a stylish lounge area overlooking the main floor. This lofted space doubles as a greenroom, interview space, or even an additional photo-ready set. It’s quiet, intimate, and full of character—great for more controlled or conversational scenes. Absolutely great space! It is super dynamic and multipurpose! I was able to use this space for two scenes in my music video, it was also equipped with extra gear for me and my crew to use which was lovely. My crew also really appreciated the full kitchen as well as the fact that the space had AC, so we weren’t boiling up. The chandelier is dimmable and attached to pulley so it can be lowered and raised as needed - that was really important and the piece is big and beautiful. Lastly, Rohan and Ted were great and welcoming hosts. They also put me in contact with a beautiful painter named Candace who’s work we incorporated into the project and it was awesome!

We had a great time at this studio. Rohan was awesome, and it was a really fun, cool vibe the entire time. He shared a lot of great stories that made us laugh and was really accommodating to us, as well.
