ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Here's why... I got married on June 21, and we chose Jaimy’s home—The Grand Oasis—as our wedding venue. Before the big day, my fiancé and I visited the space to walk through the setup. Together with Jaimy, we planned out multiple floorplans (Plan A, B, and C), thinking through how to keep guests cool and shaded during the Vegas heat. But what none of us expected was the wind—gusts reaching over 40mph on the day of the wedding. Normally, guests are only allowed in the backyard and attached side room—but due to the wind, we had to completely rework our setup. Jaimy and his wife graciously opened up their home to us, allowing us to move everything indoors and use their living room, dining room, and kitchen. Not only that, but Jaimy rolled up his sleeves and helped us move tables, chairs, food, and decorations. He even shared personal supplies when we realized we were missing a few things. He was incredibly attentive on the day—present, proactive, and calm—and helped us navigate every curveball with grace. He genuinely wanted our day to be everything we hoped for, and thanks to him, it absolutely was. And as if that weren’t enough, he had also installed outdoor misters under the patio area so that guests could stay cool in the Vegas heat. That thoughtful touch made a HUGE difference, and everyone noticed. Jaimy didn’t just go above and beyond—he was the reason everything came together. He’s kind, thoughtful, dependable, and just an amazing human being. I would recommend The Grand Oasis, and Jaimy, time and time again. He helped make our dream wedding a reality, and we are forever grateful.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s 3rd birthday! Huge thanks to Jaimy and Danieve for being such amazing hosts—so welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful. They checked in on us often and made sure everything ran smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the occasion. Despite the weather, the kids had a blast and so did the adults!

I booked jaimy’s location for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. He was an amazing host ! He goes above and beyond ! The space is well put together and extremely beautiful! All my guest were comfortable and he was well accommodating! He even helped me cook! I will definitely book this place again ! What a great host and overall experience!

This space is amazing..beautiful pool and a spacious yard. We had my daughter’s 16 bday party in the evening and it was perfect. Jaimy is an incredible host and is very helpful.
