About the Space

A retail bottle shop and wine bar serving Natural Wine from around the world. The Space is designed in a Desert Modern or "Marfa Modern" Style inside the historic-look brick building. The wine bar is available for rent by the hour outside of normal business hours. Please contact the host for full buy-outs closing the space. The building is owned by one owner and above the wine bar there is a 2,900 sq.ft 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence with a luxury designer kitchen and a large dressing/makeup and bathroom The top floor has a 400 sq.ft. indoor flex space set up as a gym with a 2,000 sq.ft outdoor Rooftop Patio that is also available for rent.
