Beautiful space for relaxing, and hosting your friends and family, or just getting away on your own while still in the city. Weekend and holiday minimum rates: Summer- $2750 Fall - $3000 Winter - $2500 Spring - $2500 This is not including over night stays but does mean you can generally start as early as 3pm and wrap by Midnight. But times are flexible
