1908 character home with original exterior walls and many original interior features including stained glass windows The house features 10 ft ceilings and original staircase. New maple wooden flooring in main floor. Front door is original from 1908 complete with old mailbox flap. Space is suitable for movies, commercials as well as private hire space. In the past, the owners have used it to run workshops and small corporate team building events or gatherings. Small kitchen is suitable for small gatherings of up to 16 people. South facing garden is mostly shaded and well maintained but can be left to grow more wild if desired. *The host requires a refundable $750 security deposit if nothing is damaged after the rental.
