About the Space

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we have decided to stop taking bookings for children's parties. We will proceed with all currently booked children's events but that will be all for the foreseeable future. We will only be accommodating either morning/daytime events or evening events that end by or start at 5pm. We will no longer be allowing events that start in the middle of the day unless the booking is over 8+ hours (for example, 4pm-12am). Pricing STARTS at $100 per hour and increases with the number of attendees. Our maximum capacity is 70 total. This includes all guests and children, vendors, staff, etc. ______________________________________________________________ OUR SPACE Large open-plan warehouse with raw, industrial charm that serves as the perfect multi-purpose space. Conveniently located in the heart of Culver City, this space is a hidden gem with unique amenities. We're happy to provide one flat hourly rate that covers all your party needs. There is free street parking in the area; I will send you a parking map before your event. The larger gated lot is joined to the venue space by a door. This makes load-in and load-out simple. General Rules Unfortunately we will no longer accept any children's parties. A returnable security deposit between $300 and $500 is required for each and every event. - This can be paid via Venmo or Zelle the Thursday prior to your event. - I will send you a Security Deposit Agreement so that you're fully aware of what a security deposit could potentially be used for. - The security deposit will be returned to you the next business day following your event. IMPORTANT: We need to know exactly what to expect for your event. Any surprises from additional vendors (game trucks, food trucks, and other attractions) or additional guests can impact our staff and space. We want to provide you with the best experience, so please give us an advance notice on all vendors, activities, and guest count planned so that we are able to staff your event accordingly.
