About the Space
Located in a renovated foundry from 1893 in front of the Canal Lachine this spacious 3000 sq ft private club will make any event stand out what ever your concept is. The space includes a full bar area, a huge 20 ft table to comfortably sit 16 guests, 2 huge islands in the middle of the space, plenty of lounge spaces, 2 private conference rooms with glass walls, a baby grand piano and much more. Every piece of furniture and decor was carefully selected to achieve this vintage private club feel. All the floorpan is open except for the 2 conference rooms. This space can accommodate up to 240 guests in a cocktail party form. We also have another space attached to this one that can be combined for a bigger party up to 300 guests. The other space has 2 golf simulators, a pool table, a lounge and a bar. See our other listing or send me a message for more infos. For events, the price starts at 350$/h with a minimum booking time of 6 hours and a 300$ cleaning fee.

A fantastic venue, perfect for our engagement party. Comfortably accommodated over 100 guests. Kevan is a great host who provided quick responses to any & all inquiries as well as providing support in helping us set up the sound system. Venue was clean, pictures are as advertised, there were no surprises, couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again, we look forward to more events at this establishment.
