Let me start off by saying besides the property being a once in a lifetime experience but the owner Amit’s professionalism was there to match! Always answering my millions of questions, showing the most patience, the house looks exactly how it does on the pictures if not even more stunning. The great part of this place is that it is a true experience from when you pull up to when you drive off. My friends were asking me how can they book this great house. It has everything you need and you really save a lot of money on decor because the house is an accessory on its own. It’s the best house on the street with an incredible add-on you wouldn’t even think of. There’s a captivating waterfall, heaters for a cold night and more than enough space where you and your guests are not on top of each other. And I had a lot of people on the premises, so it was great on that end. As you drive up, it is a hill you go up and pull right to the house. There are 20 cars allowed in the driveway so it is good for small gathering is putting again if you want a larger gathering meat can accommodate. All you have to do is be transparent and open with the meat, but it comes to your vision and he will go through all the proper precautions so that you are not stressed on the day of your event. He goes over and beyond for his customers that it will leave you speechless. The on-site manager he has for the premises his name is Basim and he is such a gentleman. The best part is, he’s not there to micromanage, but literally be of assistance to you. When I needed assistance with air conditioning and finding particular items, I called him and he came to me within two minutes and got me a resolution. It’s very helpful and you don’t think you really need that until the day of. Instead of having to message on an app when you are trying to locate something in a home, you get put into a group chat with the owner and the on-site person. It’s genius! So long story short if you’re looking for a house for your next event, look no further and understand that you are paying for quality. It is worth every penny, and you will leave a lasting impression on your friends, family, guests. etc..

Amit also responds very quickly and answers ALL my questions, making it much easier for this whole booking process. I booked this from 3pm - 1am and all my friends didn't want to leave this place. The heated pool was also the best part of the party ! I would rate this more than 5 stars if I could. And trust me, I will be booking this again for future use. Can't wait to come back!

We hosted a 35th birthday party here with 25 guests, and the venue outside fit us all comfortably! All our guests raved about the view, and they all had a great time. The host/owners were very nice and accommodating, even offering us a tablecloth when we realized we didn't bring any for a spare table they had that we used as buffet table. The price was reasonable, and the host was easy to talk to--understanding that I may need to keep updating my booking when more RSPVs rolled in. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning prior to me even booking the space to the close out of my event, Amit and his team were wonderful. He was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner, accommodating, flexible to requests and really helpful when it came to managing logistics so that the day of my birthday party things ran smoothly. As far as the space is concerned, it's absolutely gorgeous! The ambiance, vibe and view are 10/10 and exactly what I envisioned, if you thinks it's beautiful during the day, it's even more stunning at night. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate to do so. You are your guests will be wowed!

This event booking was the best one I’ve ever done in my entire life! The location was so beautiful and amazing for a birthday party. The pictures online were exactly like the location and in fact the place was even better in real life. The hosts were amazing and super kind to us the entire time and made sure everything was going good. They even provided us with their own speaker which was so nice of them. Amazing people that helped the party run smooth by creating a good walk way to the back of the house for guests. I would most definitely book this place again.

Wow-This exceeded our expectations! We did a surprise birthday party and the venue was just beautiful! Amit and his team were so helpful and responsive to our needs! The pool was heated and ready to go for us! He made it clear he was there if we had any questions! The whole venue was just so special, would 100000% recommend! The pictures we took also came out beautiful such a dope space!
