Down a private road in Sonoma County carneros region. Our location sits on 2.2 acres country property with vineyard views. Open space, big sky and very private. Three entrances offer on site parking in this gated oasis. A simple/craftsmen yellow house, the Grey Barn-1000 sqft Workshop is the highlight. The Workshop features a guest-suite for short term stays for (2) guests, team building or an intimate gathering up to (8 to10) people. Outside is a fenced private patio. Outside leads you to a working vegetable garden with paths and a flock of chickens keep the property fertile. With vine arbors and pool setting sets a perfect setting for wine country background. Changing room/bathroom with shower has heated floors for comfort. The guest-Suite has remote controlled HVAC for climate controlled environment. Refrigerator,microwave,nespresso coffee and plenty of snacks. There is a barbeque on the patio if you wish to grill and a pizza oven at the main house patio. Big rectangular pool has idelicsetting with lush landscaping making it private and excellent back drop for photo shoot or filming. 40 x 16 with an 8' baha deck. Solor heated.
