A dark and grungy, unique space that's available 24/7 for music videos, film shoots, commercials, photo shoots, and more. The space comes with access to a second floor kitchen/bathroom area for your use, with high speed 5G WiFi. It's a great hangout spot that's upstairs and away from set. It is the production's responsibility to obtain the proper permits, if they are required.

Mike is very help and accommodating while using his space for shooting or whatever your need may be. He’s very influenced in the arts, understands what you may need. Don’t be hesitant to ask for his help or questions. I’ll assure you he’ll answer or take action with 200% ability. Very friendly and no problems what so ever. Best host for studio spaces in LA. 10 stars if I could.
