About the Space
My rate is for ultra low budget & student films (no parties). If you are a production studio, please DM me prior to sending the booking request to discuss your budget. I am trying to help, but still have bills to pay! I'd ask that you be honest so we can help each other out. In the spirit of helping, this low rate is made possible for promotional help to have all your crew follow us on insta or Facebook to help us grow our brand. If that works, then please book. NOTE: you have access to the entire space, however, the back is being used for storage so please keep out. Washington & Centinela in Culver City. This is a storefront, single story office building. White building with black-out windows, tons of doors to the side of the building (gated), spacious concrete backyard that opens into the alley. Two bathrooms, lots of desks, architect's desk, etc. NOTE: if you need a tour then please book an hour to see it because I will need to make time to open/close/wait with you to look around. I hope that you understand or can just book it based on photos. Feel free to ask me any questions! In your rental please include setup and cleanup time, and remove all of your trash with you. I do not charge a cleaning fee so please don’t make me put the place back together (or there will be a fee added). I do not have trash service setup here so take your trash off premises.
