Key Features: Designer Atmosphere Handcrafted millwork, Restoration Hardware chandeliers, custom dress forms, and stylish bar counter stools create an elevated, modern aesthetic. Extra-high 14-foot ceilings and hand-curated details add a touch of luxury to every angle. Historic Charm Housed in a former piano factory, the space features a vintage 16x7-foot glass block window from the Chicago World’s Fair era. The window allows unobstructed SW-facing natural light to flood the lounge area during the day and is equipped with motorized shades for light control or near blackout. Dynamic Lighting and Audio All lights are dimmable and fully customizable with color-changing LEDs, controlled via our app-loaded house iPad or remote control. Two Sonos speakers provide excellent sound for shoots or events, filling the space with music from end to end.
