This spectacular 1920's house, tucked in a quiet hillside neighborhood, features high ceilings, sweeping views, curated French furniture, dramatic staircases, and a lush, wild garden. Included in Base Rate (Mid-Level Only): • Living room • Dining room • Tea room • Balcony • Kitchen • Black bathroom • Outdoor patio & garden Add-Ons / Additional Fees: • Jungle Nana bedroom (banana leaf wallpaper): +$200 • Sweet Flamingo bedroom (flamingo wallpaper): +$175 • Lower apartment (parrot/jungle wallpaper, black & white striped bedroom): +$250 (based on availability) • Location manager fee: +$25/hour for crews of 7 or more • Early/Late shoots: +$50/hour for bookings before 8am or after 8pm IMPORTANT – PERMIT NOTICE: A film permit is required by the city for: • Any shoot with 10 people or more • Any shoot involving an equipment truck • Any shoot planned in the front of the house, outdoors, or anywhere on the property It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain the proper permits in advance. Additional Info: • The property is multi-level — please note there are stairs to access the space • The fireplace is decorative only and not for use • The garden is steep and wild (especially dry in summer) • Pets live on the property
