About the Space

NOTE: Age 19+ events only. NO minors. Venue Description: We are the most premier private event space available for rent in Vancouver. We are a private nightclub at your disposal. And available for rent at a reasonable rate. Collectively we have over 50 years experience in hosting events. We have hosted over 30,000 people thru our venue and over 200 events. Our space is an open concept consisting of two separate rooms and a smoke pit. The main room is soundproofed and contains the stage, DJ / lighting / sound equipment, TVs, the bar and a 900 sf open space dance floor. It has a side nook that has a couch, green room space and a large washroom. The second chill room contains our coat check and 5 couches, a TV and ambient color changing lighting as well as two more washrooms. There is also a covered outdoor Smoke pit. We have three bathrooms onsite (one flush and two porta potties). Our unique space is a very cool one. It has a private secluded entrance, no windows, and as it’s totally sound proofed you can be as loud as you want and not bother anyone. Privacy ensured. The room is excellent for all types of events – from a DJ party, post wedding party, comedy nights, bachelor parties, fetish nights, SOS events, UFC fight nights, super bowl parties (all PPV or sports events are included no extra charge for the PPV event) We take care of everything so all you need to do is focus on your guests and talent. However, we can help you with anything you need. From DJs & talent to catering. Our specialty is helping you create your perfect memorable event.     Threw my birthday party here and it was the perfect venue! The booking process was very simple and straightforward through the app. Then Tre was incredibly helpful leading up to the event to make sure everything was coordinated. He was also on site the whole night and was a huge help when we had to shuffle some of our DJs around due to delays. Couldn’t recommend this space enough!

    I rented this space for my boyfriend’s birthday party and we had an amazing time! The host and manager were very helpful and accommodating. The place itself was beyond my expectations and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that I wish I had received more information about the venue beforehand. We had trouble finding the entrance and had no idea that the bar was cash only. Nonetheless, the experience was a 10/10, and we will definitely book again!

I 100% recommend the venue specially if you're looking for a Night Club vibe, our DJs and guests were surprised and complimented a lot the quality of the gear, sound system, lights/lasers & dance space.

    I recently hosted a private event at this incredible venue, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The space itself is amazing – perfect for a 19+ crowd looking to have a great time. Tre, our host, was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was taken care of from start to finish. The DJ equipment was top-notch, allowing us to crank up the music without any sound escaping outside. This feature was a major plus, as it kept the energy high without disturbing anyone. My friends and I had an unforgettable night celebrating my birthday. The staff were all professional and took care of all the clean-up, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Communication throughout the planning process was seamless, and everything was executed perfectly on the day of the event. Tre even joined us in the festivities, which added a personal and fun touch to the night. Overall, I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable event.     5/5 I don't think there is any party space in Vancouver like this. Lighting and production was amazing, better than 99% of clubs in the city. Tre & Gisela were great when it came to planning and coordinating the day of. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the venue.

    Super great team that runs this place, they respond super quick and very accomodating to all your needs. I threw a Neon party and they had used all of their black lights and the whole place looked amazing. They helped my friends clean up at the end of the night too and were attentive to everything. Highly recommend to anyone as i would book with them again!

    Our experience here was incredible. Gisela and Tre were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our cast and crew. Even going above and beyond helping with production where they could. The lighting and sound setup here is very well done. Our shoot was a success and we’re very happy we booked this spot.
