400 sq. ft. Seats 16 – 20. Equipped with stove, refrigerator, 3 compartment sink and stocked with pots and pans. Occupancy is contingent on room configuration. Configurations include executive, theater, conference and banquet. The space is available for events, meetings, classes, seminars, workshops, and production rentals.
