Located in the heart of downtown New York, this beautiful loft in the middle of FiDi is perfect for your next event! The loft is minimalist and bright with neutral tones, including advanced lighting, AV systems, and high-speed internet. Flexible seating arrangements and modular furniture allow for a customizable layout: Seated capacity: 24 Standing capacity: 75 High ceilings and open spaces create a sense of grandeur, while our lounge area provides intimate settings for smaller gatherings. The close proximity to major transportation hubs, including subway lines and ferry access, makes it highly convenient for our guests. Our loft can be rented for: - business meetings - corporate meetings - cocktail receptions - private dining experiences - photo studio - art studio - professional events The space can be rented with or without catering options. In-house catering options available. Note: Furniture can be moved around but not removed. Please contact host via Giggster chat for custom rates and availability.
