About the Space
We are experienced with last minute and short term event and film productions. Custom rates are available for multi-day & multi-week & Long -Term filming productions. Located less than 1 mile from downtown Orlando. Beautiful Lake and City views within easy walking distance to major entertainment such as the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, Orlando Symphony, Sports Arena for sports and concerts and large city parks. The property sits on 3 city lots on South side of a Lake along a beautiful tree lined brick street with plenty of parking. Formal American Empire architecture designed by 2 well know architects in Washington DC and in Beverly Hills, FL. Above a 5 car garage there is a separate large Carriage Home apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry room and 2 private very large covered balconies - should you need separate or additional room on site location for your talent, security or programing. The oversized garage could be used for equipment and extras during your filming or programing. Electric is run to driveway should your production need place on property for a motorhome or adding formalized outdoor baths. More than ample on street parking along the brick streets for the largest of productions. The Production or Event must provide property owners a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) to protect property and contents from damage and liability. Your C.O.I. is in addition to the base coverage Giggster provides. Cleaning or site representative available based on size of production. Happy to work with your production to assist in any way to make it a great experience. Requires you provide a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) or Event Insurance to protect property from damage to contents and liability coverage for owners of location as 2nd Insurred and Loss Payee. CUSTOM Rates available for longer term productions and multi day / multi visits. ** Production / events over 70 total persons have custom rates that are Not listed in base pricing. There is a 12 HOUR minimum daily. However, Smaller events / productions with fewer than 40 total persons have a 10 hour minimum. Keep in mind most large productions / events typically use more hours than the minimums in total time for set up / the production itself and then after event for clean up and placing property back into same good condition as before use. ** RATES are listed on site for upto 70 total persons. There are additional Hourly rates for larger events / productions. Please confirm with location for accurate quote IF your production or Event will exceed 70 total persons on site. The number of persons include anyone on site including guests, employees, support persons, sub contractors talent, security etc. Rate can be negotiable for multi day events or long term productions. **Pricing and minimum Hours of use is based on SIZE of event or Production. Most events or productions will use more than the 12 hours minimum for planning / setup/ the event and cleanup afterward. Any equipment or supplies, food, props, machinery, etc would be brought into property thru garage only. The Formal front entry is used for individuals / guests foot traffic only.
