About the Space
This is a rare, remaining artist loft with a 1980s Brooklyn feel. It is a lotus in a swamp - a gorgeous place in a run down building. The view is unmatched and the location couldn't be more central in the Plateau, a short walk from the mountain. There is a large, L-shaped workshop area. It continues into the kitchen. The floors have been partially soundproofed. The space for rental includes the workshop space, kitchen, entrance and bathroom, roughly 800sqft. The three rooms can be booked additionally. They have been set up for therapists to work out of, so they are calm, understated with minimal furniture and low light. There is a full bathroom with a shower. If you want to book a tour, get in touch. We offer half hour slots to explore the space at a cost of $25. Alternatively, ask us to send you a video of our space.
