About the Space
This home is in the center of a 1980s residential neighborhood. It is a hidden pocket amongst new homes. The neighborhood harbors and protects some of the original orange groves of Riverside, Ca. The house is not visible from the street. There is a long, shared driveway. The driveway splits at the top and the home is the blue on on the left. There is parking available in front of the garage, as well as down below if you follow the driveway down. This home offers privacy from the neighborhood street up a long driveway. The acre of property overlooking the city and mountains is a perfect venue for your next event. The expansive balcony has been used for intimate evening parties as the sun sets, and will hold up to 100 guests for babyshowers, awards ceremony, family reunion or team building event. Dinner parties are also enjoyed as the sun sets and guests overlook the amazing view. Below the balcony is an Orange grove with over 40 trees, garden lights strung throughout. This provides an intimate outdoor space for photos in the day or night. On the other side of the yard, still enjoying the expansive view, is the scene setting pool with color changing lights, and a large patio area perfect for up to 100 guests, a dance floor and dj for the perfect celebration. There are so many options from teambuilding meetings around the firepit, to outdoor games such as Giant Chess, Giant Jenga, and Ping Pong battles.

Emily is the best host, she is very attentive to your needs and has a calming spirit that relaxes you when you are stressed with party planning! Her house is absolutely beautiful! I strongly recommend this location for any event!

Not only was this a gorgeous event space, but the hosts of the home were beyond amazing. Not only were they helpful and available, but even prior to my event, Emily checked in with me regularly to encourage me and see if there are any needs I had. From the meeting to view the property, to the end of my event, she was attentive, responded to every question I had and really blessed all of the guests who encountered her. Beautiful property and beautiful owners. If there were more stars to give, I would definitely give more. They are 110% recommended.

We booked this location for my very 1st baby shower and not only was I sold on the pictures alone but this space is absolutely beautiful in person as seen on photos! All of my guests had fun and enjoyed their time. I would 100% recommend anyone considering a location to choose THIS one!! The venue owner Emily was wonderful, sweet and kind. She truly did really make the experience 10x better and I can't thank her enough for that :) I will definitely be booking with her again in the near future.
