About the Space
Looking for a tropical luxurious space that has it all for your next Photo Shoot, Film, Music Video or Commercial? Or for a birthday, engagement party, work mixer, baby shower or other event? Look no further than Laurel Lagoon. Laurel Lagoon boasts a Tiki bar, long sparkly heated pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of space for gear, including secure overnight staging areas. Inside, you'll find a bedroom/office/home gym/flex space and one bathroom, all with beautiful hard wood floors. The bedroom leads out to the yard via French doors down wooden steps. There is also an extra long hallway which affords the opportunity for some great shots, whether video or photo. With the option to dress the space however you like, the space can be customized to fit your needs. A bonus guest house/bedroom/office/green room/HMU is available for use, complete with French doors and a monitor for use as video village/DIT. Come see for yourself why this is the perfect space for all your needs! We've hosted everything from feature films of all genres (horror/sci-fi/drama etc) to photoshoots to major artist music videos. This location is run by filmmakers; we strive to make it the most flexible and accommodating location for all your production needs. For Events: Speakers provided! Excessively loud music is not allowed as this space is located in a residential area and adheres to city noise regulations. As a reference, the music level can be at which you don’t have to yell to talk over. No outdoor events with loud noise after 9pm.

I recently booked this location for my Great Gatsby-themed 31st birthday party, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the hosts were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for me and my guests. One small but meaningful gesture that stood out was when they personally helped me store my birthday cake in their house fridge — a simple act that really showed how thoughtful and supportive they were. They respected our space and never once interrupted the flow of the party, yet were always nearby if we needed anything. The entire vibe was warm, professional, and welcoming. I’d book again!
