Huge gated backyard with a unique Creek in South Bay! Come celebrate & create memories in our 5000+ sq ft beautiful backyard space recently remodeled right next to a creek with a fabulous relaxing stream sound! Enjoy the scenic Creekside naturally shaded space under the canopy of 200+-year-old black oaks. Ideal for family events such as Kids'/Milestone Birthdays, Gender reveals, Sweet 16s, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Engagements, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, and Weddings. Perfect for photography, dance/ gymnastics classes, meditation/yoga events, and much more. Our backyard has a beautiful natural space covered with colorful leaves, flowers, tall redwood trees with a beautiful fireplace with natural tree stump seats. It includes a playground, trampoline, 2 tree swings, and a hammock. Two fun jump castles and 3 tables are available upon request. We accommodate up to 30 seats plus a bench on one side of the yard with 30+ sitting spaces. Plenty of street parking is available as well as a circular drive-home entrance for easy drop-offs. Create your custom party lights/decor & backdrops. Outside Food Catering, Party Rental Furniture is welcome.
