Beautiful circa 1920's lakeside home with a historic/eclectic look and adjacent dock structure. Large decks and views to the lake from every interior and exterior area. Synthetic grass, along with raw natural dirt hillside area. Extra large newly built dock structure on the lake with amazing views of water, mountains and dam. Small modern tiny guest house separated from house at the top of the hill. Parking for up 3 standard-sized cars plus one large car or small truck on-site. Or, house can be used for wardrobe/makeup area. Large parking and staging area is available moments away at an additional daily cost. 16' electric party boat, as shown in photos, is available for an additional cost for shoots. IMPORTANT NOTE: The governing body of the lake, Malibou Lake Mountain Club, currently requires a site rep from the club to be present at all production shoots, regardless of the size. The fee for this site rep is $500 per day and must be paid directly to the club (it is not included in our fee). The club requires at least 48 hours to arrange this, please plan accordingly. This is a lake-wide rule, so if you see any other listings at Malibou Lake that do not mention this, be aware that you will still need to pay it, separately, before production.
