About the Space
Property: Patten Pond is a hidden gem located just 20 minutes outside Nashville, TN, in the rolling hills of Joelton, on Setters Lake. The versatile venue offers various options for producing film, TV, music videos, commercials, and print ads. It has a private 2-acre lake for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boating, along with a dock and beach area. It’s ideal for dining, engagements, events, memorials, music performances, parties, retreats, receptions, baby/bridal showers, special occasions, workshops, and weddings. The property provides a tranquil outdoor environment and rustic charm with a picturesque two-acre lake and multiple sites for outdoor activities. Marrowbone Creek runs along the property line with a wooded perimeter and bluffs that overhang the creek. The Pavilion: The covered pavilion has a deck attached to a one-bedroom guesthouse. It is equipped with string lights, a long dining table, accompanied with couches, a ping pong table, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor kitchen that can be used for video village, crafty, catering, bartending, and/or for filming. The Guesthouse: The Guesthouse casita, a luxurious 650 sq ft open space, is completely private & separate from the main residence. It features a queen size bed, a bathroom w/ shower/tub, a full kitchen, & living area with flat screen TV, and cable. The back deck, overlooking the bubbling creek and forest, is adorned with a hot tub & outdoor shower, offering a truly indulgent experience. Ample space is available for parking 50 cars, grip trucks, catering, trailers, and tour buses, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your event or production.

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking! Jennifer and her team were amazing, always keeping an eye on everyone’s safety. They even took care of valeting parking, helped unload party supplies, and answered all my questions. The pavilion and yard are huge, so I was able to set up all my party decorations at the pavilion. There were plenty of outlets, tables, and seating. I even set up a kiddie pool, a volleyball ball net, and an arcade-style basketball game. From start to finish, they were very hands-on with making sure everything I needed to have a great time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great get away, party or family reunion location and fantastic staff to help your event go off without a hitch!

The landscape of this location is scenic and worked perfectly for our project. We were able to comfortably host our client and their teams. Jennifer, the host, was very accommodating and made every aspect of our booking seamless.
