Super close to the airport. The home is not in the flight path, so there aren't audio issues. The home completely updated and impeccably furnished. Expansive and bright living room with a custom fireplace and patio on the Venice Canal. Open chef’s kitchen all within an open floor plan. Large master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding glass doors opening to the Venice Canal. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks and glass walk in shower. Large square-foot lot is landscaped garden for shoot/filming and crafty. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.     Sandra was such an amazing host. Very communicative and helpful. The home is even more beautiful in person. There is not a section of the home that isn’t picture perfect! Highly highly recommend!
