Level entry into the house provides easy access for larger crews as well. The property is walking distance from trails entering San Bernardino National Forest as well. Off-road trails nearby are perfect for your overland rigs. Lake views, ski resort views, desert views are all a short walk away. Perfect place for drones! While many of the homes in the area sit empty most of the year, the neighborhood is an older, quieter part of Lake Arrowhead with a handful of full-time residents. Hiking, biking, off-roading, sunset picnics, mountain retreats are all popular in this area.
