Enjoy the luxury of 32 plush reclining seats, with room for additional portable seating upon request. The soundproofed walls create the perfect environment for an uninterrupted viewing experience, whether it's a private screening, live event, or business presentation. This rental also includes our stylish lounge area that fits 200 people, perfect for pre- or post-event networking, as well as four private, single-use restrooms. Accessible via a grand staircase or ADA-compliant entrance, the space ensures everyone can be part of the experience. Located just half a block from Fireside, a beloved late-night bar and restaurant, our theater makes it easy to transition from a stunning event to a lively after-party.
