About the Space
This well appointed 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath house features fun interior with pool table, 100 CD jukebox and vintage piano. The fabulous backyard area includes lush patio with covered and open decks and a rooftop view. There’s a folding outdoor bar and bbq grill. Easy street parking for a few cars plus a huge parking lot across the corner at Rouse’s grocery store for many cars. We prefer to rent the house for a few people to stay in for 2-3 nights and include your event, especially if it’s on a weekend. For midweek dates we are more flexible on terms and rates. You have to come see this great spot to confirm it’s a fit for your gig, and we’d love to host you if it is! We also offer full event planning services for everything you need.
