This open concept Newport Beach home is located minutes from the beach, Fashion Island, and the Back Bay. It is recently remodeled with current on-tending finishings and features a large front yard and beautiful backyard. The backyard has a pool, a pool house, an island with a build in BBQ, and amble dining and lounging seating. The landscaping is mature, well manicured, and also has a vibrant fruit and vegetable garden. We welcome photoshoots, videography, and more. Please inquire with your crew’s needs and we will be happy to accommodate you.

    An incredible experience for our film shoot! The host was extremely communicative, highly professional, and exceptionally kind throughout the entire process.
