About the Space
This raw warehouse space has gorgeous paned windows ready to set the scene for your production. The Chocolate Factory Theater is a small, not-for-profit theater supporting experimental dance and performance. Additional equipment and power are available as add-ons. Please note that the warehouse is not climate-controlled; minimal heating is available, and there is no AC. The warehouse is half of our facility, and both listings can be combined for a discounted rate if scheduling allows.

We shot here on a really hot day, but it was bearable on the inside of the warehouse, the warehouse has a openable garage door that you can open as you please for some air as well, there’s a fan there so no need to bring your own, and day light of course bleeds in to the room, but not heat surprisingly because of the stained windows diffusing the sunlight, you really can’t get a better warehouse than this!

This is a great space if you want to shoot any action / ominous / edgy industrial vibe like scene, it’s got a balcony, a room for crafty services, 2 bathrooms! More than enough space to set up any camera rigs, setups, or anything fancy, highly recommend this location for anything that calls for the classic industrial warehouse look with the stained windows!
