About the Space

This 3000 square foot space has frosted windows along one entire side which makes the natural difused light ideal for photography and filming. One side is completely open with Aerial Fabrics on the ceiling which can be removed. The floor on this side is a black rubber floor. The other side is a whitewash plank floor with Dance Poles. The poles can also be removed but are countersunk so the floor would have circles that are 1/4 inch deep every eight feet. There is also a reception desk, two washrooms and one more smaller 300 square foot room with one pole in it, that again can be removed. This unit is ground level and has a loading bay.
