About the Space

This artsy space in the main art district at Miami is perfect for any boutique pop-up store or small solo show. The space is a small area within our gallery/studio in Wynwood art district, located at walking distance from the famous Design District in Miami. The venue offers convenient street parking on 36 street and/or private parking at the Midtown mall which is only two blocks east from the location. Minimum rental time for a pop-up store or art exhibition during Art Basel Season is 12 hours (one day) To proceed with a pop-up store space rental for more than one day, we need a certificate as "additional insured in the tenant's insurance policy". This is a simple letter that can be requested to the insurance broker. Feel free to contact us through Giggster to check out the venue in person. We will be happy to assist you.
