***This listing is only for The Rooftop Deck rental. November-April - $340 per hour rental minimum 8 hours for meetings/events May-October - $510 per hour rental minimum 8 hours for meetings/events The venue is made up of multiple spaces including our 8,500 square foot Main Hall, 1,700 square foot Rooftop and 450 square foot Boardroom/Get Ready Room. Ideal for photo and video shoots with natural light and white walls in the Main Hall. The open-air Rooftop is draped with market lights featuring black corrugated metal walls and views of the city skyline. The 2nd Floor Boardroom/Get Ready Room is ideal for use as a greenroom with built in vanities, mirrors and natural light throughout! Also a great background with exposed original red brick and wood flooring. Venue rentals for photo and video shoots do not include access to A/V services or security. Both are available for an additional fee.
