About the Space
Rooftop renovation expected to be finished this fall. Perfect for outdoor events like receptions and celebrations! The space can be configured to meet many different needs. Five hour minimum. 20 to 150 persons, Wifi and parking for 55 cars in downtown included ($25 value per car!) Additional rental items are available for a fee, folding tables, chairs, stools, easels, risers podium with mic, and sounds system. Easy access to restrooms and water fountain. Must use approved caterer – no exceptions. Must use TABC certificated bar service. Security guard required for event with more than 60 persons. Recycling/refuse barrel provided. Any setup and take down time must be added to the event time as part of the hour charges. Special cleaning fees for specific events – please inquire for Art tour available free of charge on request.
