  This was the worse experience I’ve ever had! First thing is the host David has the house posted as if the full house is available to you but when you get there you are only allowed downstairs! Him and his whole family was at the house the FULL duration of my event (before we were put out) which was not stated in the post, his mother sat in the living watching tv and just wondering around! When we first got there we mentioned the family being there and he said we wouldn’t have to worry as they would be outta sight outta mind but it was still very uncomfortable as I had this event for my 30th birthday so the women were very uncomfortable in their swim attire with him around but still attempted to have a good time. Him and his family helped there self to MY food and kept coming back for more, one of his sons decided to join the party and mingle with guest without permission. I booked the place from 7pm-3am and he put my family and friends out and called the police on us a little before midnight. He physically pushed my niece and called her a b***h and when the men in the family jumped to her defense he threatened to shoot us and pulled his gun out on me and my guest while his mom called the police and lied saying we were causing a disturbance. He kept bringing up his neighbors complaints on his previous events but assured me as long as no one was hanging in the front or being loud after 10 for the neighbors to complain we would be okay .. we followed EVERY rule and even continued the party in discomfort for him to still find a reason to shut my party down and assault my guest. I have never been treated so poorly after spending my hard earned money, this is totally unacceptable! Not to mention the pool was nasty and green! The lights outside did not work! Outside speaker did not work! The kitchen was dirty and sink full of dishes and everything was old and smelled old and full of cigarettes! There were no towels provided or anything special that was worth my money! It forced me to give at least one but for the record I give ZERO stars !!

  This was the worse experience ever. I had a heavenly birthday party for my deceased son. This is a false advertisement house. The host and his family were at the home the whole time, not in the description. There was food in the refrigerator which I assumed we had access to due to the whole house being available as stated in description. There were dishes in the sink. They were walking around the party eating our food, drinking our drinks, and the older woman was sitting there watching us during an emotional and intimate moment with my family and friends. They were butting in my guests conversations. She also sat outside in the back where people were, a majority of the time. We were saying memories about my son and crying and she sat right there at the top of the opening where the cake was. Someone who lived there came home from work and started asking my guests if he can have food as well. Also, the pool water was dirty, the description says the pool is available for use. Only a few parents allowed their kids in the pool because it had a green tint to it. He questioned me about how I was going to play music because he’s been getting complaints from the neighbors. It says in the description we can have our own D.J. or bring our own music, so didn’t expect to be questioned about it. I don’t wish this type of experience on anyone for any occasion. I was mislead and intruded on during a very emotional day. My son passed away a little over a year ago, and this was his second birthday he wasn’t here. I wanted to celebrate him with our loved ones in privacy and have a pool for all the kids to swim in. I was appalled by their behaviors.
