About the Space
Warehouse with connected standalone vacant strip mall with multiple store fronts and a private alleyway street scene. Features 25 foot ceilings. Beam & truss original 1940’s construction. Amazing exposed wood interior. Tons of parking for production trailers within a gated area that’s safe and secure. 2 huge sliding doors to provide great ambient light and also features two 4x8 skylights to supplement the ambient. All can be closed and blacked out. You can drive a semi truck inside the building. Besides the warehouse It features two large office / rooms that can be configured as you like. Please note I have tons of props, cars, motorcycles, scooters, furniture, clothes etc etc.. That can be rented onsite (pictured items can be rented). LED UFO dimmable high bay lighting. Please note total property is 14k sqf. Fee’s change depending on how much is used. Power restrictions apply * just 25 min from DTLA -Dollie’s,scaffolding (14 feet plus)rolling carts,rolling tables,ladders.

Cannot rave more about this location and the owner Scott for our shoot. Not only are there so many beautiful textures and colors and types of rooms in the space, but there is also outside space, an alleyway and a cool looking store front for shooting. The owner was so helpful and flexible - even adding a fake lock to a door for us when we mentioned that would help us for the shoot and then aged it for us! Plenty of parking. Safe part of town. With tons of stores right behind in case your production needs anything including great options for ordering lunch. This place was an incredible find in and of itself, but Scott went way above and beyond to make our day smooth, successful and stress free. Highly recommend.
