Your private, accessible on-street entry leads to a 375-square foot room renovated in 2021 with 13-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and original brick walls, Sonos speaker system, and views overlooking the lush gardens of historic Loring-Greenough House. You’ll be connected to sprawling and beautiful coworking + café space, with support from our professional staff including audio-visual equipment, whiteboard, and flexible room layouts by arrangement. The room is amply lit with globe lights and smart track lighting, adjustable to cool or warm light for retail, work, or social vibes. Our team can help to customize the layout to your taste with stylish and ergonomic furnishings. Bring your own A-frame sign to set up on the sidewalk or in our private entry area. Spread out within the room to set up for your photoshoot and take advantage of abundant natural light. A roll-in large-screen TV is available for meetings by prior arrangement. Restrooms and limited kitchen access may be available by prior arrangement.
