About the Space

Located in Downtown Charleston, SC, this unique, large lot has sweeping views of the River and marsh. Knowing that we have a special lot, we wanted to design a special outdoor space. The idea behind The Sunnyside Oasis is that as you walk through a natural path, a pristine poolside venue comes into the picture. There’s a large gazebo with fans, lights and power to provide the amenities you need to stay cool on a hot Charleston day. Along with the pool, of course (which can be cooled and heated, depending on your preference). After a nice swim, there’s a private outdoor shower nestled right under a beautiful and mature Mule Palm. Plenty of flowering bushes and plants add color and vibrancy throughout the year, along with a nice sized real grass turf for yard games.
