Welcome retro lovers! Our vintage 1970s home is 5000 square feet and just a few minutes from the Las Vegas Strip on the west side on the Stratosphere end! We're located in the groovy historic celebrity neighborhood of Alta Drive / Palomino Estates right around the corner from Michael Jackson's Thriller Villa! ***FREE Powered Speaker comes with every booking! ***Check out our amazing ADD-ONS Section, we have everything you need to rent for the grooviest event ever! ***DESCRIPTION: "Set-Ready" staged space great for parties, holiday parties, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, 70s themed parties, photo shoots, video shoots, film shoots, stylish hip celebrations, entertaining, meetings, networking events, meetups, baby showers and showcases. A photographer's and filmmaker's dream w/ themed rooms (tiki jungle room green room/dressing room, 70s retro wallpaper room, 70s retro living room with conversation pit and bar, Prince-themed room, etc.) Huge backyard w/ extra large 3'-10' deep saltwater lap pool, palm trees, lounge chairs, lawn area, and 2 huge cement stages / platforms! Our space accommodates large events / large attendance. You can also add-on the new Tiki Bar/Area! Large (22'x33') unique family room 70s decor with rare conversation pit / huge stone fireplace | conversation pit area covering a 16' wall. Awesome 70s stone cocktail bar, 12'-16' ceilings. Room can also double as Dance Floor area. Can easily fit 75 dancers. Sound system is also be set up in that room. PRINCE ROOM! Our purple tribute to the icon Prince! Large (35'x25') Wallpapered Living Room w/ 70s FUNKY motif / art lounge. Kitchen / Dining Nook. There are two large empty mini fridges available for your exclusive use (one in the bar area and one in the backyard) and 5 ice chests for you! Bar fridge is big enough to accommodate a cake. Access to full sized refrigerator not available. 2 full bathrooms w/ showers. Chill Dressing Room | Jungle Room Gated RV Parking on side of the house can accommodate a food truck ! Please park off-street if you can in large semi-circle driveway or field next to the house! HOUSE RULES (Thank you!) EVENT INSURANCE is now required: Go to https://www.theeventhelper.com/#VWe0NJ or buy at checkout here on Giggster. ***Please book all SET UP time & CLEAN UP TIME / BREAKDOWN within your booking hours. This includes your staffing i.e. DJ's, bartenders, caterers. ***Please allow yourself enough time to clean up. We have to have all guests out of the space entirely by your end time. We have early shoots typically the next day and have to prep when you leave. If you need chairs/tables etc. dropped off ahead of time from a rental company, let us know in advance. They can only be picked up the next day if we don't have another rental that day. ***If you need us to move furniture out of a room, please ask in advance. There is a $100 furniture reset fee located in the add-on section. Please don't move any furniture around or out of the Wallpaper Room so as not to damage the floor. ***NO TICKETED EVENTS, NO CASH APP PARTIES***we're not zoned for any private or public "ticketed" events. You can bring alcohol into the space but please don't sell it. NO CONFETTI or anything throw on floor on purpose. There is a $200 fee if used. No smoking cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, or vape inside. Backyard is fine. Attendance limit is typically 80. If up to 90 is agreed upon, rate is $250 per hour. Thank you!

We had our wedding at a Vegas chapel, then needed a location for our 65 guests to chat, dance and relax on a hot summer evening. Alicia and Victor made all our dreams come true! The sound system was easy to use for dancing and karaoke, they provided space for our caricature artist, they worked with our catering team to create a convenient serving station in the kitchen, and were extremely accommodating for our pre-wedding setup/item dropoff. The surprise hit of the evening? The pool! We told our guests they may want to bring swimsuits, and BOY DID THEY. Between the pool, the patios (front and back), and the roomy interior space, we had room for every activity we envisioned happening at our wedding. Touching base with Agnes, our bartender, was easy and convenient even though we were wedding planning from out-of-state. EVERY guest raved about the reception venue in the days/weeks following the celebration, and we can't stop smiling when we look at our "sneak peek" photos! THANK YOU for bringing our vision to life!

We hosted my son's wedding reception dinner here. We had 33 guests & this place was an absolute dream!! Alicia & her husband who own the home are such a joy & pleasure, the kindest coolest people ever!! We rented their table setting up, chairs and tablecloths as add ons. They had it all set up for us inside on arrival in the fireplace pit room. They were there to greet us when we arrived & show us where everything was & how it all worked, then left us in the care of their beautiful home. They also accepted our cake delivery for us & kept it in their bar fridge to keep it cool for us. The cake was about 12" X 12" 2-tier & fit fine inside the larger bar mini fridge. We paid extra for the delivery add on & it was just all so seamless & perfect. We used the dining room for cake & food service. We stocked the bar ourselves & used the ice chests they provided & everyone self served their drinks. It worked perfectly with the table seating. The house is magical with so many photo opportunities & the most iconic 70s vibe everywhere you turn. The attention the hosts provide to such amazing musical artists (they are also musicians themselves) was really appreciated by all of us. There was a speaker set up with 70s music playing when we arrived. It was all just so perfect. All of our guests could not stop talking about the home & our son & his bride absolutely loved it & they were so happy we booked it since their entire wedding was 1970s theme. I could go on & on about how great & perfect this place was. Thank you Alicia & hubby. We appreciate your hospitality & making our son's day sooooo special & magical.

We hosted a wedding reception at Alicia and Victor's house with 75 people and it was fantastic! They are wonderful hosts - kind, helpful, communicative, accommodating. Everyone had a great time and many of the locals commented on how much they loved the house. Highly recommend for parties. Thank you for everything!

Alicia and her husband are wonderful hosts!!!! They are very accommodating and worked with us in all our requests. Their home is definitely a special place, so fun and so much better than any place we could have imagine. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about it and took so many pictures. We had a very special wedding for our daughter and a hand full of her friends and family. 💕 We recommend their venue for any gathering you might have. You’ll never hear the end of your guests complements and praises!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing! First, I have to start by saying how amazing Agnes was. Everyone loved how kind, personable, and sweet she was. Plus she made awesome drinks, so if you want a great bartender ask for Agnes specifically. Alicia is also an amazing owner, and communicator. The house itself is gorgeous!!! So unique, groovy, and overall a cool spot to kick back and relax with loved ones. Whether you are having a party, or a want a unique spot for a photoshoot, this is the place to book in Vegas. Don’t think twice about booking it, do it!!!!

I just had the best reception I could have ever hoped for! So many people came up to us saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The house is INCREDIBLE. The pictures do not do it justice. The ambience, the vibes, everything about it is amazing! On top of that, Victor and Alicia are amazing hosts! They are so kind and caring. Ensuring that all of my questions were answered and being available to help in case any issue arose (which thankfully didn’t happen). I sincerely couldn’t have picked a better venue. I’m so thankful 🥹
