One of a kind Tuscan Villa on the water with ornate, European design throughout. 4 fireplaces, a deck with built in waterfall jacuzzi and BBQ, dock with whimsical gangway and lighting. Secret hidden door that leads to a speakeasy/ party room. We have an open kitchen, high vaulted sailings with one of a kind crown molding, an upstairs outdoor veranda with lions guarding the fireplace and Sonos throughout. Grand piano, original paintings, hardwood floors, multiple balconies and very large rooms. Even the kids bathroom is a sight!! Our neighbors call us the "Beauty and the Beast house" This beautiful Villa is available for Photoshoots and Film shoots.
