Located in the vibrant Faubourg Marigny/Bywater neighborhood, the venue and art gallery are two beautiful, flexible spaces perfect for events of all kinds—weddings, pop-ups, private dinners, corporate off-sites, photo/film shoots, and more. Once a historic railway facility and warehouse, this airy, architecturally rich venue has been thoughtfully restored with modern amenities. About the nonprofit These spaces are managed by the nonprofit partner of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts—a tuition-free arts conservatory for Louisiana high school students.
