Production with more than 15 people and/or having exterior shoot add on will require prior approval from the host and the present of our onsite location manager. $20 an hour to be paid directly to the manager upon arrival. This is a vintage motel lobby, reception office, office set in Los Angeles. Featuring a large window with ample natural light. A hallway for you to place lights behind. Perfect for indie films, therapy session scenes, period pieces, and photography shoots. Set also has a small room attached with a white board. This set is located in a quiet commercial building among with our other vintage sets such as vintage motel, vintage apartment. Check my listing. Capacity at 5. If you have more people we offer additional sets for holding. Check out add-ons. Take advantage of our combo pricing at $300 flat per additional set. If there’s a specific prop that you want to make sure is available, please message us to make sure that it’s still there. 3 complimentary parking spots on site. Easy street parking. Exterior shoot allowed on second floor balcony from unit 9-14 and only as an add-on - require specific guidelines and host approval. Minnie, Donovan & the entire team were extremely kind and helpful, we stayed in contact the entire time, the sets we used were incredible and I cant wait to work with them again!

DEFINITELY SCOUT IF YOU CAN This location can be VERY problematic if you are shooting dialogue. We booked it as a last minute replacement and weren't able to scout. A few minutes before arrival, we were advised that there are other tenants at the location who often make noise and play music and we were not allowed to talk to them or ask them to turn the music off. Luckily, the location manager was very kind and accommodating. However, they double-booked the location (it is NOT BIG ENOUGH TO DOUBLE BOOK). Another shoot rolled in three hours before our rental was over and had we not wrapped early, we would have been unable to shoot sound at all.
