Wabi Sabi Sun-Filled Minimal Loft

About the Space

Intentionally designed unique industrial loft with high ceilings, huge factory windows and incredible natural light consistently throughout the day. The loft features original concrete columns throughout the space and wabi sabi minimal decor. The walls of the entire space are limewash and were painted by hand by a skilled plaster artisan that pairs harmoniously with the concrete floors and ceiling in the space. There is an original exposed brick wall in the main lateral wall of the space where the windows are. We custom made floor to ceiling heavy-weight linen curtains that serve as a perfect backdrop. There is a king bed with a textured linen bedspread that drapes to the floor for a very Italian, palazzo style vibe in the bedroom area. The space features a living room with a sculptural white sofa as the center piece and curated antiques and vintage objects throughout. There are multiple designer vignettes for photos, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a full kitchen, an 8 foot dining table and a big storage closet. Our studio is perfect for content productions, video shoots, dinner parties, or intimate gatherings.
