A split-level location arranged over The ground floor and basement, connected by a spiral staircase. Unique, exotic decor and furnishings. Blending a surprising array of styles including 'Fading Grandeur', 'Decadent decay', Victorian Warehouse', 'Industrial', 'Abandoned', 'Boho', 'Urban Graffiti', and 'Dungeon'. Centrally located and close to the sea. Suitable for small film/video projects, photoshoots and small arts events.

    An absolutely fabulous space with great variety for our photoshoot. Several areas that are quirky, dark, sexy and fun. Paul who owns the space was wonderfully helpful and has a fantastically artistic eye which is why we loved this place and will return. He was also very helpful in coordinating our booking and indeed on the day. We look forward to returning to this amazing space.
